• Call: Required, including weekday and weekend coverage as needed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,280 - $2,400
• Orientation: Provided at onboarding
• Float: May be required within the organization as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Experience in a Level I trauma environment
• Ability to scrub is required
• Proficiency with DaVinci Xi robotic cases is required
• Liver transplant experience is required
• Experience in at least one of the following service lines: Neuro or Ortho
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Graduation from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
• Strong adaptability, professionalism, and comfort working in a high-acuity surgical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a busy Operating Room setting
• Scrub and circulate for a broad range of surgical procedures
• Support complex cases including trauma, robotic, laparoscopic, orthopedic, neurosurgical, transplant, and other specialty surgeries
• Assist with care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to maintain safe, efficient workflows
• Participate in call coverage and weekend scheduling as assigned
• Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach in a high-volume surgical environment
• Adapt to floating assignments and unit needs across the organization
