Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring at least 2 years of OR experience and prior travel experience.

Details

• Operating Room department setting
• Rotating 4x10-hour shifts, 08:30-19:00, flexible based on OR volumes
• Call requirements based on department needs, rotating weekdays and weekends
• Holiday call hours rotating with regular staff
• May be required to float onsite within skill set or to facilities within 40 miles, though rarely needed
• Contract lengths of 13-26 weeks accepted

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Robotic surgery experience preferred
• Scrub nurse experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Provide direct surgical nursing care within the Operating Room
• Radius rule applies; local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
