**Exciting Opportunity for a Travel RN in the OR!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - **Unit:** OR Surgery / (701) - **Type of Staff:** - Day Shift: 1 Charge, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 Sitters - Night Shift: Staff as per requirements - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 - **Type of Equipment:** DaVinci Robotics – SI, XI and Mako - **EMR:** Meditech / CPN - **Qualifications:** - **Must Have:** - Minimum 1-year current acute care OR RN hospital experience - BLS & ACLS certifications - **Preferred:** - Experience with DaVinci Robotics - Background in orthopedic, neurology, and vascular cases - Prior Meditech experience - **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Orthopedics - GYN - General Surgery - Urology - Cardiothoracic - Vascular - Plastics - Dental - Eyes - Pediatrics - Spine - Neuro - Trauma - TAVR - MAKO - DaVinci - **Personality Fit:** - Strong focus on patient care - Excellent communication skills with staff and providers - **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - Flexible scheduling options available: 4-10s or 3-12s - On-call requirements: - 1 late night per week - 1 working 8-hour Saturday every 4th week - 1-8 hour call shift per month on Saturday or Sunday - 30-minute response time for call requirements - **Additional Information to Entice Candidates:** - State-of-the-art equipment and technology available - Experienced and tenured staff to support you - Competitive schedules and flexible options to fit your lifestyle **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
