**Exciting Opportunity for a Seasonal Operating Room RN in Spine & Total Joint!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Location: Sky Ridge - Address: 10101 RidgeGate Pkwy, Lone Tree, CO 80124 - Floor: Spine and Joint Hip Preservation Center - Number of Beds: - 3 OR’s for Spine and Joint - 9 for Spine and Joint - 4 for International Hip Preservation Center - Number of Staff: 60 - Day Shift: - 1 Charge RN - 1 Unit Secretary - Staff 8-11 rooms daily (Mon-Fri); Call on weekends - Night Shift: - Night call from 5P – 11P (Mon-Fri; No overnight required) - **Essential Requirements:** - Minimum 1-year current hospital OR experience - BLS and ACLS certification - Spine and Joint experience required - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Joint Scrub experience - Prior Meditech experience - **Typical Procedures:** - Spine fusions, ALIFS, and all spine cases - Total joint replacements - **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Flexible - Strong communication skills with staff and providers - Passionate about patient care experience - **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - 30-minute response time for on-call - **Enticing Perks:** - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and technology - Experience in a collaborative and dynamic team environment - Flexibility in scheduling to enhance work-life balance **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
