**Experience and Requirements:** - Years of experience required: 3 - Trauma Level I experience: Required - Circulate required; Scrub preferred - 18 months experience required, with exceptions noted based on unit needs - Previous charge experience: Not specified **Certifications:** - BLS required - ACLS and PALS preferred, depending on specific positions **Licensure:** - IN, compact, or temporary license must be in hand by start date - Pending license accepted **Skills:** - Must be well-rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant - Must have experience with various listed surgical procedures, including: Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, Abdominoplasty, ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, Arthroscopy, etc. - Proficiency with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred **Education:** - Traveler's university must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation **Additional Requirements:** - Floating is 100% required within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s - 2 supervisor references required - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays **Other:** - Travel and local compliance details provided, including background policy and submission details - Special consideration for close-to-start date pending licenses and resident types (local vs. out-of-state adjustments)
