Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15). Variable start times may include 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Weekend coverage required. On-call shifts distributed equally among nursing staff every 6 weeks (up to 6-8 shifts per 6-week period, including nights, evenings, and weekends). May need to cover one additional night shift within contract as needed.

• 277-bed acute care hospital with Level I Trauma designation
• Approximately 25 surgical cases daily across multiple specialties including trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, general, GU, and GYN
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
• Free parking and scrubs provided for OR staff
• 40 hours of paid orientation to ensure successful onboarding
• Opportunity to work with advanced surgical technology including Da Vinci Xi Surgical System

Requirements:

• Active California Registered Nurse license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2-3 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required; must have experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic procedures
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in a wide range of OR procedures including laparoscopic, robotic, orthopedic/spine, vascular, and trauma cases
• Ability to float to sister facilities as needed
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
