**Exciting Travel RN Opportunity in Alaska!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel RN - Operating Room - **Location:** Anchorage, AK - **Start Date:** As soon as possible - **Assignment Length:** 13 Weeks - **Shift:** 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM - **Experience Needed:** - Ortho - Total Joints - Neuro - Robotics - **Call Requirements:** - Approximately 15 call shifts per month (varies each month) - Typically 5-6 shifts every 4 weeks **Unit Information:** - **Operating Room:** - 11 ORs - Average Patient Ratio: 1:1 - Average Staffing: - Day Shift: 8 RNs, 8 Scrub Techs, 5 Surgical Support Techs - Night Shift: 1 Charge RN and 1 Scrub Tech (backup call team) - **Type of Procedures:** - Total Joints - Multi-level Spine Fusions - Variety of Xi Robotic Cases (GYN, Colorectal, General) - **Dress Code:** Scrubs provided by the facility **Key Qualifications:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Patient advocate as circulator - Resourceful for the sterile field - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience as circulator - Experience as Scrub - CNOR Certification - **Required Certifications:** - Alaska RN License - BLS - ACLS **Best Personality Fit:** - Positive outlook - Team-oriented attitude **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
