Job Description & Requirements

Required Certifications
BLS
Current New York State RN license
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Required Experience
OR / Operating Room nursing experience
Ability to provide quality perioperative patient care
Experience with clinical equipment/instrumentation in an OR/ASU setting
Knowledge of maintaining a safe/aseptic environment
Ability to interpret lethal dysrhythmias
Strong assessment, prioritization, delegation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Certifications
ACLS
Preferred Experience
Preceptorship experience
Charge nurse experience
Leadership experience
Experienced RN with strong OR/ASU knowledge
Other Requirements
Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8-hour days
