Job Details Location: Martinsburg, West Virginia 25401 Specialty: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Setting: Acute-care hospital operating room Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: Between 10/19/2026 and 10/26/2026 Hours per Week: 40 Shift Duration: 8 hours Shift: Evenings, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Call Requirements: Weekend call rotation, holiday call rotation as needed, and weeknight call rotation Floating: May float to outpatient surgery as needed Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,450 - $2,580 Job Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license 2-3 years of Operating Room RN experience preferred Previous travel nursing or travel RN experience preferred Orthopedic surgery experience required Ability to pass instruments in and out for robotics cases required Experience with EPIC charting required Current ACLS and BLS certifications required PALS certification preferred Comfortable working in a busy evening OR environment Able to function independently when needed, including overnight coverage with tech support Responsibilities Circulate in the operating room and support a wide variety of surgical cases Assist with general surgery, ENT, eye, orthopedic, robotics, neuro spine, vascular, pediatric, trauma, and emergent procedures Provide safe, efficient perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical experience Support charge nurse and house supervisor coverage when assigned Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to maintain smooth case flow Adapt to multiple service lines and varying case complexity in an acute-care hospital setting Participate in call coverage and respond within the required time frame when on call Float to outpatient surgery when needed to support unit operations Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EPIC Apply now for this Travel OR Registered Nurse opportunity in Martinsburg, West Virginia, and join a strong perioperative healthcare team today.
