Role: Operating Room RN
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery
Perform preoperative assessment and preparation
Provide intraoperative nursing care
Monitor and evaluate the patient throughout the surgical procedure
Provide postoperative assessment and care
Maintain patient safety and follow surgical protocols
Work as a Circulating RN, Scrub RN, or in both roles
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, surgical technologists, and other members of the surgical team
Document patient care and surgical activities accurately
RN State License
