**Join Our Exceptional Surgical Team as an RN OR!** - **Position:** RN OR - **Shift:** 12 hours with 0645 start time, occasional 0845 and 1045 starts - **Contract Length:** 13 weeks - **Unit Characteristics:** - 41 ORs and operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center - Opportunities to float to other ORs as needed - **Essential Requirements:** - Minimum of 3 years of OR experience - Level 1 or 2 trauma experience - Prior experience with Epic required - Certifications: AHA BLS, CO OR Compact RN License - Must float within scope to meet facility needs - Weekend availability as per unit needs - **Patient Care:** - Work in a dynamic environment managing diverse cases: General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastic surgeries - 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio ensuring high-quality care - **On-Call Requirements:** - Approximately 3 shifts per 8-week schedule - **Additional Information:** - No local candidates if living within 75 miles of the facility - First-time travelers are not accepted **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
