**Join Our Dynamic OR Team as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity for a Backfill-Travel RN in the Operating Room! - 13-week assignment with shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - Essential requirement: California RN license prior to submission. - Work schedule: 5 eight-hour shifts, with rotation on call. **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 12 OR rooms - Number of Staff: 38 RNs, 6 PD RNs, 12 Benefited techs, 1 PD Tech - Day Shift: 16 Benefited RNs (including charge), 6-7 OR Techs - Mid Shift: 4 Teams - Evening Shift: 1 Team - Patient Ratios: Not applicable - Equipment: Periop equipment - EMR: Meditech **Typical Hiring Profile:** - Skill Set Most Recruited For: RN **Must Have Skills:** - Heart room experience is crucial; candidates without it will be excluded. **Preferred or Nice to Have:** - Heart Experience for the heart room - CNOR certification is a plus - Skills in Robotics, Ortho, Eye, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Thoracic, and General specialties **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Neuro, Spine, Total Joint, Gastric Sleeves, Major General Surgery, ENT, Pediatric, Urology - Heart procedures: CABG and Valves **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player with flexibility and a friendly demeanor **Required Certifications:** - CNOR preferred - California RN license - BLS certification **Floating Area(s):** - May float to pre-op **Dress Code:** - Scrubs provided by the hospital **Weekends and On-call:** - Call rotation will be discussed during the interview process **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 2 years in relevant specialty **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
