Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Charge Perioperative OR nurse for a Days shift position requiring current CA RN licensure and perioperative charge nurse experience.

Details

• Operating Room department within a hospital setting
• 12-hour Day shift schedule with a 0630 start time
• Position needed primarily for weekend coverage
• Med/Surg and Critical Care RN staff required to float as needed

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum one year of current Perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
• Two or more years of Critical Care experience preferred
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred

Additional Information

• Serves as charge nurse overseeing perioperative operations during assigned shifts
• Candidates must be W-2 employees of their respective staffing agency
