4x10 Hour Shift (07:00 - 17:00), Rotating weekends and on-call every 5-6 nights.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled OR RN Circulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an acute care hospital and be proficient in circulating within the operating room. This position requires flexibility with floating to various surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care in the OR, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Circulate surgeries including, but not limited to, appendectomies, hysterectomies, and joint replacements.
• Assist in maintaining sterile conditions and adherence to Universal Protocol.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff for effective patient care.
• Document patient care and update records as necessary using Epic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current NY RN License in hand is required for submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience as a circulator.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Epic experience is a hard requirement.
