Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Reno, NV

Department: Operating Room (OR)

Available Shifts: Per Diem, Days

Compensation: $750.00 to $900.00 per shift (base gross); equivalent to $75.00 – $90.00 per hour.

Assignment Duration: 4 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to established standards and policies
• Implement the nursing process (assessment through evaluation)
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams; oversee OR staff
• Facilitate patient flow, continuity, and operational efficiency
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and act as a resource

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

1. At least one year of prior Perioperative experience is required
2. Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
3. Must hold a current and valid RN License in Nevada
4. BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory
5. ACLS (AHA) certification is also required
