Job Summary: RN Ortho
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to orthopedic patients.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team.
Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to physicians.
Assist with orthopedic procedures and post-operative care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on orthopedic conditions, treatments, and home care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, physical therapists, and case managers.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Med Ninjas Job ID #16739. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
