Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring an active TX or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent OR experience.

Details

• Position based in the Operating Room (OR) unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Operating Room nursing
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
• Provide perioperative nursing care in a surgical setting
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
