**Exciting Travel RN Opportunity in Orthopedics!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in the Orthopedic/Spine unit - Work with a well-established team dedicated to excellent patient care - Engage with a variety of medical conditions — both acute and chronic - Benefit from a supportive hospital environment and collaborative staff culture **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 345 with a 3-time Magnet Designation - **Number of Staff:** Float pool consists of about 80 professionals - **Staff Composition:** RNs and CNAs on both Day and Night shifts - **Patient Ratios:** 1:5 on both days and nights (may vary by unit) - **Types of Equipment:** Various, ensuring a modern workspace - **EMR System:** Meditech **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Minimum 1-year current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience - BLS certification - **Preferred Skills:** - ACLS certification - Chemo Certification (ability to schedule on our Oncology unit) **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Joint replacements - Fracture repairs - Spinal injuries **Best Personality Fit:** - Flexibility and willingness to float between units - Team player with a compassionate approach **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - Family-oriented environment where teamwork is essential - Emphasis on caring for one another --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
