• Number of Staff –
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – varies on # with census, patient free charge nurse, PCT approx. 10-11 pts
  • Night Shift – Same as days
• Patient Ratios – 1:5 RN days and nights, when possible, max 1:6
• Type of equipment - Some lifts for mobility. Chest Tubes, Hemavac Drains, Wound Vacs, JP drains, PCA, Foley
• EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• BLS
• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Ortho experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Ortho/ Trauma background preferred
• Medical/Surgical acceptable and welcomed

• PICC line placements with Infusion team
