**Join a Dynamic Team as an Acute Travel RN: MS/Ortho!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Sumner Regional Medical Center; Gallatin, TN - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - **Open to:** 48 hours guaranteed and weekend block scheduling - **Orientation:** Weekly on Mondays **Facility Overview:** - Providing quality health care for 60 years in Gallatin, Hendersonville, and surrounding areas - Over 1,000 employees and 300 physicians, part of a highly respected local community - Fully accredited by The Joint Commission; governed by a local board of trustees - 167-bed healthcare facility with Level III Trauma Center status **Position Information:** - **Role:** RN specializing in Ortho, Post Operative, Med/Surg - **Number of Openings:** 1 - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Hours:** As needed, every third weekend - **Float Requirements:** Must be willing to float as needed - **Patient Ratios:** 4-6:1 - **Electronic Health Record:** Meditech **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional care to patients, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations (ages 13 and older) - Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure quality health outcomes - Engage with patients undergoing post-operative care for joints, bariatric surgery, gastrointestinal procedures, and trauma - Utilize your strong assessment skills to identify and address patient needs **Required Qualifications:** - **Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a relevant nursing role - **Education:** ASN RN; valid RN license in Tennessee - **Skills:** Strong teamwork, customer service, and communication abilities - **Personality Fit:** Hardworking, proactive, kind, and compassionate **Unit Environment:** - Work within a close-knit team led by Supervisor Suzanna Jones - Enjoy a supportive atmosphere that values inquiry and continuous learning **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Any color - Note: T-shirts must feature a hospital logo; acrylic nails are not permitted **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
