Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in an outpatient clinic with an emphasis on urology.
• Manage and perform catheter exchanges and related procedures.
• Assist in trial of void and trial of passage for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams such as interpretation services and phlebotomy.
• Maintain patient and procedural documentation using Epic charting system.
• Participate in telephone triage and follow-up care discussions.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington or Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, including a focus on emergency, pre/post, or outpatient settings.
• Experience with catheter management and exchanges required.
• Proficient in using Epic for patient charting.
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary team coordination.
• Travel nursing experience required.
