Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) position located in Michigan. This role involves planning and administering medically prescribed outpatient occupational therapy treatment programs to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part. The candidate will work both in Marshall and Battle Creek, Michigan, with assignments requiring travel between facilities.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 1 year of occupational therapy experience with adult and pediatric populations, outpatient experience, Michigan Occupational Therapy license, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience, strong pediatric experience, and ability to provide own insurable vehicle for travel between facilities.
- Additional Information:
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
- Work history and skills checklist must be current to within 1 year.
- Supervisory signed reference from the past two years is required.
- Must include Michigan Occupational Therapy license and BLS certification in the profile.
- Candidate's permanent address must be included in the profile.

- Requests for time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload; no more than 5 days of time off will be accepted.
