Occupational Therapist (OT) – Castro Valley, CA Reputable outpatient facility is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join its team in Castro Valley, CA. Candidates must support a friendly, positive, and professional environment. Requirements: Active California OT license Hand therapy experience required; Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity and hand conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Enjoy working in a welcoming Bay Area community with easy access to Lake Chabot, hiking trails, dining, and nearby San Francisco attractions.
