Job Details
Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Thursday with minimum 40 hours per week.
Position Description: Evaluates patients, develops treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician guidance, and documents progress accurately and in a timely manner. Provides supervision for students, participates in professional development, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Additional Information: Performs in accordance with organizational safety standards and professional codes of conduct. Actively contributes to performance improvement initiatives and professional growth activities.
