- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; 6 months of outpatient experience (highly desired); licensure in good standing and compliance with state practice acts.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents clinical progress accurately and timely. Participates in student education and actively pursues professional development. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to organizational and regulatory standards. Demonstrates commitment to patient and employee safety, following all safety policies and protocols.
