Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services primarily in outpatient settings, with occasional inpatient care.
• Manage a caseload with an average of 10 patient visits per day.
• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services and rapid response teams.
• Utilize Epic for accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in emergency team assignments if required by the facility.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery expectations.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification and LA State License required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in physical therapy.
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Proficiency in treating neuro, ortho, and physical disabilities.
• Comfortable working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Candidates must meet health facility's vaccine requirements.
