Job Summary: Physical Therapist Outpatient (Specialty: PT OP) in a clinical setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement. The position offers a flexible schedule with day shifts, suitable for professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, licensed or eligible for licensure in the state, and preferred minimum experience of 0 years for entry-level candidates
Additional Information:
Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans focused on progressing patients towards discharge within established length of stay.
Document medical records clearly, accurately, and timely, including goal writing, functional assessments, and necessary correspondence in compliance with regulations.
Participate in student education programs, providing supervision and evaluations as appropriate.
Develop and pursue a professional growth plan through continuing education and participation in professional activities.
Adhere to state practice acts, maintain licensure, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives.
