Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and designs treatment plans focused on patient goals and physician guidance. Ensures effective therapy delivery through delegation and supervision of therapy services.
• Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, active license in the state where work will be performed, CPR certification, and 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and document medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student and professional development programs, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, and adheres to safety protocols.
