Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Participate in facility meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting required.
• Current SC or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proven experience with assistive devices and evaluating patient progress.
• Able to educate patients and families and foster a collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to float within scope to meet facility needs as required.
