Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide 80% out-patient and 20% in-patient physical therapy coverage.
• Assess and treat patients with general degenerative conditions and post-surgical needs.
• Manage care for worker's compensation and trauma of all ages typical in a rural clinic.
• Deliver wound care when certified and required.
• Work a rotating weekend schedule, less than once per month.
• Maintain documentation and communication with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license preferred at time of application.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in physical therapy specialty.
• Previous experience in a rural clinic is beneficial.
• Ability to handle a diverse patient load with varying diagnoses.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends.
• References required: 2 years in the specialty submitted for.
