• Compact license accepted for WA and AK to start assignment; full state license must be acquired while on assignment
• Experience in outpatient setting required

• Lunch break is auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
• Clinicians with prior perm/PRN experience at this facility within the last year are not eligible for rehire
