Start Date: August 25, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), 13-week assignment

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required at time of submission
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience required
• Experience with electronic charting systems
• Skills in outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, acute care, and skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Proficiency with assistive devices including walkers, crutches, gait belts, and prosthetics
• Experience treating orthopedic conditions, post-operative patients, neurological disorders, and traumatic injuries preferred
• Must complete core onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
