Job Summary (Speech-Language Pathologist - Pearland)

- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Pearland, TX
- Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 annually (option to work hourly, per visit, or PRN; rates and tax status vary)
- Work Setting: Flexible hours, pay schedules, and locations; family-friendly, collaborative environment
- Population: Pediatric clients
- New Grads/Experienced Clinicians: Both welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care (26 of 40 hours in direct care)
- Collaborate with other therapists and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
- Participate in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere
- Opportunity to grow into leadership roles

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience preferred
