PACU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Contract

Weekly Gross Pay: $2,089

Requirements

• 2 years of PACU/RN experience
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Experience with electronic charting required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Phase I PACU / inpatient experience
• IV therapy and phlebotomy
• Blood product administration
• Central line care and management
• Care of ventilated patients
• Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management
• Pain assessment and management
• PCA pump management
• IV vasopressors and narcotic/opioid analgesics
• Conscious sedation, general, local, and MAC anesthesia
• Nerve blocks, spinal, and post-epidural management
• EVD and ICP monitoring
• Malignant hyperthermia protocol
• RASS (Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale)
