Job Summary Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse The healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to join the team on a day shift. This role involves providing post-operative patient care in a fast-paced, outpatient environment, ensuring optimal recovery and safety of patients following surgical procedures.
Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS; 0 years of experience required; flexible schedule with shifts typically from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with rotating shifts and some call responsibilities.
Schedule: Day shifts, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
Additional information: The role involves working with a small team in a department that handles Orthopedic, Spine, and Sports Medicine procedures including total joint replacements, spine surgeries, and pain management. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, self-motivation, organized communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Scrub attire is provided; no visible tattoos or facial piercings are allowed.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must have an active RN license and current certifications.
