**Join Our Dynamic PACU Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - Location: CJW Johnston-Willis Hospital - Floor: First Floor, Surgery Center - Total Beds: 19 Main PACU, 4 Beds in Atrium PACU - Staff: 13 Full-time (RNs, Clinical Coordinator, Dept. Assistants) - **Shift Details:** - Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM - Night Shift: On-call after 9:30 PM - Patient Ratios: 2:1, 1:1 for unstable ICU, 1:1 for pediatrics - **Equipment Utilized:** - Ventilators - Phillips and GE monitors - Sigma spectrum pumps - **Electronic Medical Record (EMR):** - Meditech **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have Skills:** - PACU or ICU experience - Strong Neuro background - Ventilator competency - **Preferred Skills:** - ICU or PACU experience - Drip titration - Neurosurgery **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Setup PCA pump - Drip titration - Arterial line blood draw **Best Personality Fit:** - Strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask - Team player - Reliable **Required Certifications:** - ACLS - PALS **Floating Areas:** - None **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy **On-Call Requirements:** - Weekday on-call from 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM - Weekend call: 7 AM – 7 AM (rotates among staff) **Years of Experience Required:** - 2 years --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
