Join our team as a PACU Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Everett, WA. We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care in our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This position is ideal for both experienced nurses and first-timers, as we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.

This role involves working 10-hour day shifts, specifically from 09:00 to 19:30, on a 4x10 schedule. You will be responsible for caring for a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients recovering from various surgical procedures requiring anesthesia. Our PACU supports a wide range of surgeries, including vascular, general, orthopedic, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Provide care for patients undergoing same-day surgeries and in-patient admits.
• Ensure compliance with ASPAN standards.
• Float between units as required.

Requirements:

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS; PALS preferred.
• First-timers accepted.
• Weekends and call shifts required (once per 4-week period).
• All RTO must be included with submittal; prefer no holiday RTO.

This facility features a total of 571 staffed beds across both campuses and utilizes EPIC for charting. Scrub colors are flexible, with the exception of reddish-orange. Parking costs are covered by the facility.
