Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring 18 months of experience and a GA or compact RN license in hand.

Details

• Work in the PACU unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 10:30pm-7am Monday-Thursday
• 5x8s, 40 hours per week
• Holiday on-call requirement

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of relevant experience required
• One reference preferred but not required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to patients following surgical procedures
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days when not falling on or near a holiday, and 3 days when it does
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted
