REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – HARDSTOP
- 2+ years PACU experience in a Level I Trauma Center
- 2+ years ICU/Critical Care experience
- High-acuity inpatient PACU experience
- First-time travelers accepted if required experience is met
- Level II trauma experience may be screened for manager review
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- BLS
- ACLS
- CCRN/TNCC preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Phase I PACU
- Mechanical ventilation / ventilated patient care
- IV vasopressors / vasoactive drips
- Drains
- General anesthesia recovery
- Blood products
- Central lines
- IV starts & phlebotomy
- Dysrhythmia recognition/management
- ICP monitoring
- 12-lead EKG
- Pre-op assessment and education
