**Join Our Dynamic Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - Provide exceptional professional nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process: - Assessment - Diagnosis - Planning - Intervention - Evaluation - Uphold professional standards and state regulations while aligning with our health centre's mission. - Complete a thorough nursing database and detailed care plan, ensuring all pertinent information is communicated effectively to physicians. - Execute nursing procedures and interventions safely, efficiently, and with technical skill. - Utilize your expertise to safely manage and defuse anxious, hostile, or violent behavior promptly. - Identify and address patient learning needs while providing invaluable education. - Demonstrate effective delegation while maintaining appropriate patient care. - Actively incorporate annual training information and adhere to the nurse practice act in daily practice. **Skills:** **Required Skills & Experience:** - N/A **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - Hospital experience within the past five (5) years. **Education:** **Required Education:** - Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. **Preferred Education:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - Current Kansas Registered Nurse License. - Basic Life Support (BLS). **Preferred Certifications & Licensure:** - N/A **Schedule Notes:** - 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week. - Call shift weekly, including some weekends. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
