Description

American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a 13-week rotating day/evening assignment requiring an active MA RN license and ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications.

Details

• Work in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of a hospital setting
• Schedule consists of 3x 12-hour rotating day/evening shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• May require up to 3 call shifts within a 6-week period
• Uses Epic for EMR charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
• Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA only)
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to patients following surgical procedures
• Flu vaccination required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Boston, MA to qualify for standard travel rate
• RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application
