2:1 patient ratio
Required Certifications
BLS — Required
ACLS — Required
PALS — Required
CPAN or CCRN — Preferred
Required Experience
2+ years recovery/PACU or ICU experience
Strong PACU/recovery experience
Cerner / SurgiNet experience
Must be able to:
Recover critical patients
Troubleshoot/manage vents
Interpret telemetry
Understand ABGs
Work with ICP monitors
Recover pediatric patients
Manage Phase 2 recovery and discharge
Required Documents
Active nursing license — required for submission
BLS
ACLS
PALS
Updated resume showing 2+ years PACU/recovery or ICU experience
