Hours:40 Hours Per Week
Schedule:Sunday–Tuesday and Thursday–Saturday
Experience Required: 1 Year
Pay Rate:$33 to $43 per hour
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide advanced emergency medical care to patients in pre-hospital and emergency situations
Assess patients quickly and accurately to determine the appropriate level of care
Perform advanced life-support procedures within scope of practice and established protocols
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and other critical patient indicators
Administer medications and perform advanced emergency interventions as authorized
Perform airway management, including advanced airway techniques when clinically indicated
Provide cardiac monitoring, defibrillation, cardioversion, and other emergency cardiac interventions as required
Provide trauma care, including bleeding control, spinal precautions, splinting, and other emergency interventions
Respond effectively to medical emergencies, traumatic injuries, and other urgent situations
Provide pediatric and adult emergency care according to established protocols
Communicate effectively with receiving hospitals, physicians, nurses, dispatch personnel, and other emergency responders
Safely transport patients while continuously monitoring their condition
Maintain accurate and complete patient care reports and clinical documentation
Maintain emergency medical equipment, medications, and supplies in a ready-to-use condition
Participate in emergency preparedness, disaster response, and incident command activities
