Travel Pathology Assistant - $3,452 per week in Baltimore, MD

Job Title: Pathologist Assistant Profession: Pathologist Assistant Specialty: Surgical Pathology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Experience: Prior experience in a hospital setting is required. License: Must be certified PA (ASCP or department of an approved certifying agency) Certifications: ASCP BOR certified Must-Have: Graduation from a NAACLS-accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate Pathologist Assistant Training program or completion of a Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or equivalent in any of the biological or allied health sciences. Description: Performs gross examination of complex surgical specimens. Includes dissection, description, and tissue sectioning of historical preparations. Performs specimen photography and radiography as needed.
