Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk Medical Receptionist to support our client’s healthcare facility in Seattle, WA (98115). This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with multiple openings and strong long-term potential.

Job Details:
Location: Seattle, WA – 98115
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Contract Duration:3+ months (with possibility of extension or conversion)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Range:$21 – $25/hr.  (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and gather required documentation
  • Provide front-desk support and assist patients in person and via phone
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately
  • Conduct outreach calls for preventive care and follow-ups
  • Address patient questions and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records within EHR systems
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Support onboarding/training of new team members
  • Assist with reporting and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare, patient services, or customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; EHR experience is a plus
