GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Float PCU - Progressive Care Unit Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wichita Falls, Texas.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PCU Float Registered Nurse to join our team in Wichita Falls, TX. This is a contract position in a leading acute-care hospital, focusing on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Step Down care. As a PCU Float RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while floating primarily between Med Surg units.
The ideal candidate must be agreeable to floating and will support primarily Med Surg with a 72-hour guarantee, working a 36/48 hour alternating schedule or straight 48-hour shifts as needed. The traveler will be required to work weekends as needed, which may include most weekends during the contract. Block scheduling may be accommodated, but set schedules cannot be approved.
Minimum 2 years of experience is required, with travel experience strongly preferred. Epic experience is also highly desirable.
