Job Description:

The RN in the PCU is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, supporting the thoracic program, EP, cath lab, and structural heart. This role involves working with intermediate care and downgraded CVICU patients, with a focus on cardiac and vascular conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Titrate drips such as Amio, nitro, and nicardipine for blood pressure management.
• Care for patients with common diagnoses like CHF, A fib RVR, and other cardiac-related conditions.

Requirements:

• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with similar patient populations.
