Position Overview:
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking experienced and highly motivated Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurses for a respected healthcare facility in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and are comfortable working across multiple units.

We are looking for clinicians with strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a team-first mindset.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Day and Night shifts available

• Must be flexible with scheduling

• Floating between units is required based on patient care needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a PCU setting

• Monitor and assess patients with moderate to high acuity

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (AZ or compact)

• Minimum 2+ years of PCU or relevant acute care experience

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – required

• Strong adaptability and willingness to float between units

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

• Experience in high-acuity or fast-paced hospital settings

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
