Job Description:

This position requires an RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide patient care in a dynamic setting. The RN will be responsible for managing patients requiring monitoring and advanced intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside care for high-acuity patients.
• Assist providers with bedside procedures such as chest tube insertion and intubations.
• Engage in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.
• Participate in bed side shift reports and nurse leader rounding.

Requirements:

• Medical ICU experience in a large facility.
• Comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Advanced skills in ventilator management, critical care pharmacology, and hemodynamic monitoring.
