Job Description:
The RN in the Observation Unit is responsible for providing care to patients of mixed levels, from medical surgical to step-down, with quick turnover. The unit has a short stay of 24-hour length of stay (LOS) and requires telemetry monitoring with all patients hardwired to a bedside monitor.
